Booking terms and conditions
1. We accept provisional bookings by email, telephone or post
2. To secure a booking of Casa Vilar, we require a 20% deposit. This deposit is payable within seven days of a provisional booking and is not refundable and the balance to be paid 12 weeks prior to arrival date.
3. All cheques to be made payable to D Gawthrop and B Mitchell
4. Cancellations received 10 - 12 weeks prior to arrival date 30% non-refundable, 8 - 10 weeks prior to arrival 50% non-refundable, less than 8 weeks in advance no refunds will be made.
5. Cancellations accepted by telephone and to be confirmed in writing.
6. We ask guests to refrain from smoking in the house.
7. Vehicles and contents are parked at the owner's risk and no responsibility will be accepted for loss or damage.
8. No responsibility will be accepted for any property lost, stolen or damaged.
We advise that at the time of deposit you take out full travel insurance to insure protection of deposit and future payments.
